We choose attorneys based on their credentials only. Unlike attorney referral services or group attorney advertising, membership to our list is not for sale and cannot be purchased. Attorneys don’t choose us – we choose them.

We look for attorneys with excellent reputations in their legal community, extensive experience and a proven track record of success and satisfied clients. We also consider the attorney's educational background, and professional memberships with legal associations. Many of the attorneys we work with have successfully won multi-million dollar verdicts for their other seriously injured clients.

Although our system for finding these exceptional attorneys is confidential, we can reveal that we have nationwide sources in the legal community to confirm the attorney’s reputation is first rate. These contacts and their sources include partners in nationally recognized law firms and insiders at insurance companies. We also screen professional publications for reviews of law firms and attorneys. We even keep track of which attorneys are getting the largest awards and settlements for their clients. We will use all of these tools when searching for the right attorney for your needs!

If a candidate attorney meets our requirements we will contact them for an initial interview. Our interview may include questions about their practice, education, experience, and membership to professional associations. If we approve of their responses, we will ask if they are interested in taking your case.

Once we find the attorney we believe is best for your needs, we will contact you to recommend the attorney and request your permission to schedule an initial consultation. We can usually find the right attorney within 48 hours. If you are pleased with the attorney you will retain them to act as your lead attorney. If you would prefer a different attorney we will conduct additional searches until you are satisfied. Once you have selected a lead attorney, you will work with them directly from that point on, however, TPF will always remain by your side to answer any questions you may have and to make sure you are kept informed about the progress of your case. We will participate in your attorney to make certain your case is handled well and provide an objective and confidential resource for consultation about legal and strategic issues.

And remember, you will never be charged extra for our counsel! The attorney we find for you will split their regular fee with TPF. In the end you get two teams of attorneys for the price of one!
